Maisonneuve's Fall Launch: September 21 at Drawn & Quarterly
Come celebrate our latest issue.
Tuesday, September 21st
Librarie Drawn & Quarterly (211 Bernard O.)
7 p.m.
To kick off Maisonneuve's spectacular Fall issue, we hope you'll join us at Drawn & Quarterly on September 21st for an evening of readings and music.
Marius Kociejowski will also be launching his new book, The Pigeon Wars of Damascus (Biblioasis).
In addition to Kociejowski, the night will feature readings by Kathleen Winter—whose book boYs won the 2008 Metcalf-Rooke Award—and Montreal-based music blogger and writer Sean Michaels. There will also be music by James Irwin, who plays with local band My People Sleeping and co-founded interdisciplinary art group Little Bang Creations.
The event is free, and you'll be able to buy copies of the Fall issue for the lower-than-newsstands price of $5!
