Maisonneuve brought home the award for Best Magazine, Small Circulation at the 2006 Editors' Choice Awards held in Toronto on June 9, 2006.

According to the judges, "Maisonneuve delivers balanced and witty commentary to readers with an eclectic curiosity." They selected Maisonneuve for the intelligent and insightful bridge we have created between a cultural and a consumer magazine.

The Editors' Choice Awards are granted annually by the Canadian Society of Magazine Editors in recognition of editorial excellence on the part of Canadian magazine editors.
